The Resveratrol Supply

Resveratrol, an anti oxidant found in red wine, has been shown to have an age-defying action, according to American analysts. Resveratrol is a plant compound found in the skins of grapes, berries, pine trees, eucalyptus, peanuts and beans. But grape skins contain much bigger amounts of resveratrol than everything else. This substance is a natural antibiotic that plants produce to defend themselves, particularly when they become infected by fungus.
